Colt Series 80 Government model XSE 1911

Colt Series 80 Government model XSE full size 1911 in .45 caliber. I bought it in 2010 and have fired it three times and in 2019 I decided to fix it up. It had a duckbill beavertail which don't fit well or look good so I called Colt and they used Smith & Alexander beavertails when these were made so I bought an S&A high grip beavertail and had it fitted. Then I had the Colt engraved and chrome plated with a brushed finish. The front strap was checkered and feels smooth, not rough and no snags. It has forward and rear slide serrations, ambidextrous extended thumb safeties, full length guide rod, three white dot sights, factory wood grips, two factory polished stainless mags , factory case, manual and original chromed duckbill safety. I've included an allen wrench/hex key for the grip screws. The XSE's were known for being competition ready out of the box, excellent quality and this Colt has been a safe queen and is in perfect condition and looks better in person.
